"The club lounge provided very limited food nowadays comparing to our previous stay. However the club lounge staff was very helpful and good service. "

"I truly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is in a great location, approximately a 15-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance, including a wonderful boulangerie that I visited almost every day for its delicious croissants! The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the concierge was especially helpful in recommending great places to eat. My only complaint was that the room was extremely cold, even...

"Best hotel!"

"Hotel was great, a few steps to several bakeries, restaurant and other stores. 15 minutes from the Eifeltower, matter of fact you can see the Eifeltower stepping out of the hotel and we could see it from our window. Room was great bed was comfortable. Had a little fridge which was stocked daily with beverages. Bathroom was nice with a walk in shower. Loved the bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was "continental" as we would call it but they also will fix eggs and bacon if asked. Staff was very...

"First the plus points - staff were polite and, on the whole, helpful. The bed was king size and very comfy, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom featured two sinks (always handy to avoid those domestics!). Breakfast was nice, especially the continental section. Now the downsides... we were in a downstairs room which came as a surprise. So although there was a large window there was literally no view. The room was billed as deluxe, and although it was nice, it didn't feel deluxe...

"The view was incredible but the hotel was run down , I found a centipede on my bed , the issue was there not someone there at the front desk always, it was really disappointing and for what it cost me to stay there !"

"Wonderful hotel! everything went smoothly. The lobby area and the room were very clean. Breakfast was great. The location was everything Highly recommend!"

"Super Location, sehr nettes Personal!"

"Clean room, quiet hotel. We had beautiful views and the neighborhood was safe and amazing. The restaurants within a two block walking distance were also amazing. The entrance to the train station was less than a minute walk (highly recommend vs Uber or cab). I would 100% stay here again!"

"Hotel centrale non nuovo e a mio avviso 3 stelle e non 4 . Colazione servita nella hall e non in sala a parte non adatta ad un 4 stelle ( io non ho fatto colazione ma ho visto ) . A mio avviso hotel che necessita di una ristrutturazione totale . Personale gentile e sorridente ."

"Our room was clean and cozy for the most part. I enjoyed staying here and it was a very convenient location close to Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro station, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées. The staff was nice and friendly as well. Some minor things: the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly when we first got there, and sometimes water bottles were not restocked which is not a big issue because we were able to request more from downstairs. The safe was locked when we arrived and we had to call a...
