"The location is good, but the listing did not clearly mention that this unit is a room in the basement with a shared common area and shared bathroom (there seem to be other options in the guesthouse that are not in the basement). The bathroom door also made a loud squeaky noise, which was not ideal for a shared unit, and the bedsheets seemed a bit worn or not fully clean. "The rooms are clean and comfortable. The sinks vary a lot room by room, with some that are perfect and others that barely trickle any water at all. The upstairs shower is much better than the downstairs one. Breakfasts are great! And parking is always available in their lot or nearby."
