"Everything was great but the staff was exceptional!!!! Thank you."

"Door to get into our room was extremely difficult to open and took several tries each time with full body force. When we told staff he said that the key car may need a new battery and it would be a process. Never fixed it. Also, reported the fridge in the room didnt work. We found that out when all our leftovers were warm and ruined the next morning. Pool had hair and debris floating in it. Room was clean and breakfast spread was good. Will mot stay there again."

"Good breakfast. Awesome staff. Close to airport."

"The room we were in had no electricity to the overhead and stove , the right window was broke, the cleaning staff, well they weren’t much around plus you couldn’t speak to them cause I speak a thee English. We had to call down for toilet paper and wash clothes. Now the front staff especially Lauren was outstanding"

"Bel accueil"

"Excelente servicio y calidad"

"Incredibly noisy all night with a very busy truck plant next door."

"If you are a woman traveling alone please note that multiple rooms have no deadbolt and windows on the fire escape do not lock. Rooms don’t have safes or fire alarms. Beds, floors, couches, and bathrooms had blood, sexual fluids, etc all over. Mold in bathrooms. The first room we were given wasn’t cleaned with crumbs and blood splatter everywhere. Night manager was very helpful in getting us second room (still no lock on windows to fire escape and white fluids all over carpet). Day manager was...

"The staff was great and were very attentive and always eager to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking available upon request. Location was very good. No TV's which is fine, just make sure to have a device your children if needed. We do recommend and we will stay there again."

"Clean, beautiful hotel in the best neighborhood. Staff is friendly and we loved that they offered “social hour” with a free drink every day for guests and left water bottles and little chocolates or caramels by the bed after turn down service. Only thing lacking was a treadmill in the gym for my husband but they offered gym passes to a local gym a few blocks away"

"Everything was great the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean"

"Walk in the staff was so kind and helpful getting us with our own mini bottle of wine. We were right down the street from Chinatown as well as the orange line which takes to the north station that will take you all the way down to Salem. We were also next to Seaport and we just had the most amazing time!"

"Location is good and convenient and save for a solo traveler. Just the room that pretty old and had bad smell. Leaving a luggage with them wl cost 5 dollars a day. "
