"They advertise electric vehicle charging on their website which is why I specifically booked my stay. When I arrived all of the charging stations had cords that had been cut by the property. When asking to cancel my reservation the front desk informed me I had to go through hotels.com which I proceeded to do. I specifically requested that my reservation only be cancelled if I could have a refund. When hotels.com contacted the property they informed the agent they were cancelling my booking but before confirming refund hung up on the agent and proceeded to hang up on them several more times. When another agent tried contacting them, they would not answer. I was left without a reservation or a refund. Very unimpressed with the customer service as well as false advertising of amenities. Will not be staying with Hilton again."

"Very clean rooms basic room set up nothing to get to excited about other then that resort is great great pools indoor and outdoors only complaint is the sports bar food and service not the best service and by far worse food on the property"

"The hotel is brand new and impeccably clean. Great rooms. The one major disappointment was breakfast. They shouldn’t be able to say breakfast included. There were a few packets of oatmeal out and no coffee brewed. If you’re looking for convenience in location to the airport and a clean stay, would highly recommend."
