"We loved this campsite! Staff were welcoming and friendly, bungalow was clean and spacious with lovely views from the balcony. The site was lovely and peaceful in natural surroundings and beautiful scenery. River views from the pool area were just amazing. Pool area nice but we didnt get to use unfortunately. "Hotel is located on hill area, view is very good from terrace area. Room is clean. Room has no iron box. Basic amenities with simple hot pot. Dog barking outside, we could hear the noise from bathroom window. Breakfast is ok, there are not many other choices outside the hotel near by or near station area. "

"We had a comfortable room with a patio overlooking the Douro River. Staff very friendly. The only negative from our point of view was the window from the shower into the room. The botton 2/3 rds are translucent and upper 1/3 clear. If a light is turned on in bathroom bedroom is lit up as well . Also the obvious privacy issues. Other than the the room , hotel , staff, bar and restaurant are great."
