"Flight out of Palm Springs got cancelled, and we picked up a flight for the next day at LAX. Didn't have a room anywhere, but honestly trusted the Sheraton brand and that worked out. Made the reservation on the drive to LA. Hotel is basically at the airport, super clean and well staffed. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with a helpful sitting area. Everything was updated, including the bathroom, with the shower pressure amazingly strong. Watched the Seahawks game in the restaurant/bar and that was a blast. Food was good too."

"Might be getting there at 2 AM and there was a long line waiting to get rooms. They were very hospitable and understanding given that I had just driven 17 hours and they got me into my room very quickly. And they even were fine enough to give me a late checkout."

"All was great! Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd suggest some small things such as a free espresso/coffee bar in the lobby and to change the water filter in the gym. Minor compared to all the great things!"
