The staff are friendly, welcoming and warm. The room was super clean with a small fridge to keep our food in a cool temperature. There were people available for house keeping every single day changing your towels, bed sheets when needed and taking your rubbish away.There was also a security locked were you could keep your valuables when we leave the room so they're safe. The hotel is very close to the train station, shops abd restaurants. I would like to acknowledge Manoj for his excellent, remarkable working nature, he's very consistent, hard working and always making sure we had a good breakfast every morning. Always coming to ask you if you needed anything. He even help by borrowing his iPhone charger to my partner to charge his phone every morning as he forgot to bring his and lastly Manoj was always happy and smiling.

Amazing staff at the reception. Check in was a breeze. Clean, well appointed room (with the most squeaky bed in all of Croydon though). Breakfast was really nice as well. I really enjoyed my stay.

It was a good stay, good service comfortable and excellent service by the kitchen especially Manoj. Would recommend for a good comfortable stay. Breakfast a little bit too monotonous though but overall loved and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is close to the train station so you can move around and come back freely.
