"Below expectations for this price point: - Creaky floorboards throughout, worse than an old house - Generally poor soundproofing from walls to windows - Washing machine handle was broken/missing. Had to pry open the door with butterknife otherwise our clothes would be trapped in the machine - No room service after midnight, not even simple sandwiches/snacks - No AC"

"This place tries very hard for a slick, modern vibe but fails on all the basics. A good hotel should be comfortable, clean, quiet, and convenient. Other than location, this hotel fails on all of those points. I shouldn't have to physically climb over my sleeping partner to get out of bed, for example, or turn all the lights on just to figure out how to work a touchpad to turn one specific light on or off. The shower shouldn't be mouldy and the floor dirt-covered, ever, and the once-per-week (!)...

"Very creaky floorboards and it was also possible to hear people moving around in a neighbouring room. Otherwise, it's clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly. Well situated for central area. Quiet at night. Coffee machine in the room is welcome."
