"I would have rated our stay a 5 except for one issue that was not resolved to our satisfaction. The washer did not drain properly and the staff took our clothing to rewash and dry them while the machine was repaired. No one ever came to repair the machine and when my clothes were returned, they were stuffed in a laundry bag and did not appear clean. This hotel has many levels and stairs are unavoidable. We had stayed before and knew this so not an issue. Staff was very willing to assist...

"Clean room. Bed is a little bit bouncy and mattress is soft. Breakfast is one choice of a la carte dish with buffet continental bread, ham and cheese, not that many options but enough."

"While the apartment was very clean and amenities provided were all modern throughout. We unfortunately did not have a pleasant stay, the only thing was the poor sleep we had. The bed/mattresses was very worn, hard and uncomfortable to the point where you could feel the springs on a part of the mattress. "Room even nicer than expected and very comfortable, amenities appreciated, and everything you need. Washer/dryer guide is under the sink. I would recommend this to anyone. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and ample space."
