"This was our second trip to Jewel Paradise Cove and it exceeded our expectations as always. "It is close to the town center of Ocho Rios. Shopping for anything was walking distant there is a balcony overlooking the carribean sea and the rooms were well kept. The staffs were friendly The wifi was poor and the the tv in the rooms are small. "

"Loved the property will definitely book again. I’m only giving the service a three star because on my last day the waitress/ server at breakfast wasn’t pleasant at all, younger lady with box braids. She just had a bad attitude. Like she was mad at the world. She shouldn’t work at these places if she doesn’t enjoy it."

"I can’t express enough how fantastic the service, food, entertainment and overall quality of the resort. We were blown away! I want to say a special thank you to Melissa the GM, her attentiveness and customer care was exceptional. Massive shout out to chef Juan, chef Kevin and Chef Derrick - we requested authentic Jamaican cuisine and these guys delivered to such a high standard and made our stay so special. Cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10 all round"
