"Absolutely terrible experience with Apartment E6. We paid in full for our stay through Expedia, arrived expecting a smooth check-in, and instead were left completely stranded. The owner claimed they hadn’t been paid by Expedia and refused to grant us access to the property. To make matters worse, after a few initial responses, the owner completely stopped answering our calls and messages, leaving us with no support and nowhere to stay. This situation is unacceptable. "This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! Tyrick the bartender always helped along with Nick and the chef Cristina....the owner Anna also made sure everything was nice and made the stay unforgetable!!!......The pool was exceptionally clean and warm,so I did spend time there,which was great!!!!"

"This is truly a 5 star resort, from the clean facilities, excellent staff, excellent amenities, beautiful pools, beaches and flowrider to the excellent choices of food. Comfortable room, beautiful ocean view and elevators on every building (so good for wheel chair access). Great night entertainment and top class video game room with about 25 video games including x-box. Great for families or couples. Water slide, kids splash park and all pools are 4 feet or less in depth. I love this resort...

"Had a wonderful stay here! The property was extremely clean, peaceful, and truly gave the feeling of being on a private estate. The gated community felt very secure, and the beautiful lawn added to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and even the linens felt luxurious.
