"Unfortunately the hotel car park was full on arrival, so had to pay £21 to park on the road. One of my wing mirror's ( adjacent to the pavement) was deliberately smashed overnight. I did manage to park in the hotel car park on Saturday, however I will not risk coming back to the hotel again. The incident spoilt the weekend. "

"This was our second visit. We were initially given a room in a bad location on the second floor. We had to walk a lot and go through hot corridors. When we refused the room, we were then given a nice one on the ground floor. It was in good condition, and we really appreciated it."

"My husband purchased an afternoon tea , so we also booked a room for the night . So pleased we did , my daughter and myself had a lovely memorable time away . The gentleman who served us tea went out of his way to ensure we had everything and was very professional, friendly and efficient. He also served us breakfast remembering our names and room number . Would highly recommend to family and friends "
