"Stayed 8 nights. Travelled with 2 adult and 1 kid. Room was clean and breakfast buffet was great value for money. Service was impeccable and hotel location were convenient."

"Check in was efficient and the gal wished my daughter a happy birthday. When we got to the room there was a little dessert for her and a hand written card which was very thoughtful. The room was beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. While we were only there 2 nights, we never got a cleaning but it seemed someone came in as the trash can was emptied and the mini fridge was re-stocked, although the water was not. We called and someone came right away. The pool, however, specifically the hot tub, needs work. The tile was all chipped and the jets didn't work. It looked pathetic for such a highly rated hotel such as The Four Seasons. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Clean, pristine and maintained, and a very comfortable bed. Delicious and plentiful buffet breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff without being overbearing. Great bar on the top floor overlooking the Sydney Opera House and Harbor Bridge. Definitely recommend!"

"Premium hotel, staff were mostly fantastic. Only issue was check in was almost 2 hours later than the advertised time. We arrived early dropped our bags and were advised by the staff that the room should be ready for us early, which was nice and unexpected. When we returned to the hotel at check in time we had to wait an additional hour and a half. Just a little frustrating is all."
