"A lovely apartment right in the centre of Bowness-On-Windermere. The accommodation was spotless, cleaning spray, washing up liquid and cloths were provided. The bed was lovely and comfortable. People have mentioned the stairs up to the apartment. They caused us no problem but if people have mobility problems I can understand they might be a problem. If we return to the area we would stay here again. I am glad I didn’t book somewhere in Windermere, this was five minute walk to the lake. "

The heater in ground floor got very loud noise after few hours central heating been turn on. Need to turn up the heating,(e.g. from 0 to 2, from 2 to 3)to stop the noise. "I booked the Lakes hotel for my husband’s birthday. I requested a surprise package which included balloons and confectionary. We had a complimentary upgrade to the Windermere suite as this made it even more special for my husband and he was really over the moon with the views. From start to finish the staff were welcoming, kind and really helpful. On arrival, Mali one of the receptionist gave us a tour of the hotel. Mark showed us to our room and showed us how to use the hot tub etc. We enjoyed the using spa facilities and we also dined in one of the hotel restaurants called Mizumi. The food was lovely and staff were helpful. Thank you for this amazing stay, it was amazing!"
