"Very reasonable priced for a Malmaison and right opposite the station which is just as well because there's no hotel parking provided and you can't even stop outside the hotel to drop people off. Be careful when crossing the road due to the endless convoy of buses coming round the one way system. ..."

"I would give this place zero stars if I could. Staff was rude and treated us like we were bothering them. The lobby security guard stared at my wife and my sister in such a way that they felt unsafe and actually refused to go outside without me.
