They can improve in the room appearance, everything looked old! And the bed was as hard as a rock, need better mattress!

The main positive thing about this hotel is the location and that the rooms were clean. However, the hotel staff and amenities were mediocre. There was no hot water from my shower for the last two days and despite multiple requests to fix this, they did not. The other thing I wish I knew was that Patong beach is pretty loud and rowdy and if that’s not your vibe, I would not recommend staying near Bangala road or this hotel.
