Beautiful view. Lots of breakfast options. Not really close to anything though, you need to take a car to go into town for anything you can’t get at the resort. We paid for all-inclusive but it was a set menu for drinks and food, so not really ALL-inclusive, more like semi-inclusive.

The place is wonderful, a lot of greenery, the sand beach right below the hotel. Two swimming pool, 3 restaurants, perfect for us. Golf carts available if you don't want to walk between your room and the activities... And we've been upgraded (I wanted a suite with the sofa bed upstairs instead of the sitting area next to the bedroom). The only downside in the room was the noise from the A/C...it is an issue in most of the hotel I went to.

The place was a wonderful place to stay. The easy access to the hotel, beautiful view, and the staff was very kind. Highly recommend the walk out pools as it was so nice to dip into the water after a long hot day at night.

Location fabulous. View from room was sensational. The amenities great but most of all the team were great . From the moment i arrived and was greeted by NOP and the emergency person Ton I felt i was in good hands. Beautiful place to rest and unwind.

Room was clean, ocean view and spacious. Buggy service great. Very prompt . Breakfast very delicious. The eating area is overlooking the ocean. It is well kept with greenery surrounding the whole area. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to phuket. The staff is very nice . Great thanks to Frank, Golf, Honey , the room service team, the dining team , the buggy boys .and the rest of the staff at Westin Siray Phuket.

The resort was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a problem with our booking where I spoke to the hotel and told them not to give us a room with kids next door as we had booked a semi private pool suite and it was a romantic Birthday getaway. We were given a pool suite with screaming and yelling kids splashing just what kids should be doing but definitely not a relaxing romantic room we had requested. We had no choice but to pay the additional fees and upgrade to a private villa so we could save our trip from disaster. Also I was told Breakfast would be included which it wasn't. Everything was great except the unexpected charges and I would only stay back here if I'm credited for those unexpected charges. I would also give it 5 stars if it wasn't for those charges

We had a fantastic stay at the resort nicely laid out with excellent staff and service. Breakfast could have been better with more choice of food. Restaurants were excellent with great food, bar at the side of reception had great choice of drinks. Regarding the room the bathroom was tired with missing grout between the tiles and mastic sealant could be renewed. Lighting could have been better. Main room itself was comfortable, a lot of loose floor tiles could do with resetting and regrouting some marks on the walls. Great service for booking tours and taxis/ transport. Great service with the golf carts taking you back and forth to rooms and reception. Some of the accommodation blocks looked tired with lots of cracks on the structures either superficial or structural and they could do with repairs being undertaken. The balcony woodwork could do with either renewal or further maintenance I understand the weather may play a part in this but worth mentioning. We had a fantastic time at the resort and would highly recommend. Many thanks for a lovely stay.
