"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The entire property was neat and inviting, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. Cleanliness is very important to me, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again!"

"Great experience!Very clean! Would stay again"

"Microwave oven was the only thing missing, apart from that it was an excellent stay."

"Our room needed more lighting in the bathroom and the main bed room plus it could have used a clock. The thermostat seemed to not maintain our temperature adjustments up and down. The shower could have used a mat to protect me from sliding. It also would be helpful with another rail or handle for protection in the shower from slipping. "Everything is great as always. Spacious, clean and updated room. Nice executive lounge. Staffs have a very good service mind. Only complaint is sound insulation needs to be improved. Will be back again next year."

"Staff was excellent! Location was incredible! We were able to see and do so much by just walking from the hotel. Fantastic stay at a wonderful property!"

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"Gorgeous and family friendly"

"Excelente hotel, con vista maravillosa y súper céntrico"
