"The breakfast menu is the same as another other Hilton property. You must arrive early if you plan on eating a good serving size portion. Otherwise as time goes on they DO NOT restock anything. If you visit Orlando or Ocala FL, they keep restocking everything. I understand you do not want to waste food but you have two hotel properties in the same building. You can count how many people are check-in, add 20% for food and you will be all set. When we arrived, we went one hour to closing and it looked like a grocery store shelf during a national disaster. Barely anything. They wouldn't restock the hot water or coffee. On the plus side the property is walking distance to eat breakfast and behind there is a Trader's Joe. "

"DO NOT STAY! Go to a hotel instead. First off they require a security deposit, which yes is stated in the review, but they fail to mention you need to use a cash transfer app to do this. The listing states that they do take credit/debit cards (Not for the security deposit I guess). I had to start a Venmo account to make this happen. Transferred $300 for the deposit through Venmo. More on this after review of the property. The room was ok, the slats on the bed supporting the mattress were half falling off so we had to fix that ourselves. The shared bathroom was ok but no stopper for the bath tub. Property was ok. Back to my deposit issue. As stated in the agreement, security deposit would be returned 5 to 7 business days after checkout. After 9 DAYS I reached out to the property to inquire about my deposit. They asked for my Venmo account so they could refund my deposit. They responded with "it will be refunded soon, latest tomorrow morning. Tomorrow comes, no refund. Shocker! Multiple text messages were sent about my refund and wouldn't you know it, not a single response. Now I have to contact Hotels.com. Multiple times! They kept telling me I need to contact the property. The property has officially ghosted me at this point. Thankfully Hotels.com got though to them and I got my deposit back 13 days after checkout. If you stay here be ready to work for your deposit back. Not sure about all these 10 out of 10 reviews? Did they get their deposit back automatically? I did not."

"The room was nice and clean and the staff were excellent. We did the valet parking, and they were very professional, and took great care of our car. The only problem we had was the door for the bathroom offered no privacy. The sliding barn like doors don’t make for good bathroom doors, and would recommend putting actual doors on the bathroom. "

"My stay was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, & cozy. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Perfect staycation. Can’t wait to do it again!"

"This is the perfect location to explore Chinatown. Everything is within a few blocks walk. The hotel was perfectly clean, and the staff was great. We had a problem getting our air conditioning to come on, and they were up to our room in 10 minutes to fix the issue. Absolutely would stay here again. "
