"We booked a 3 night stay and our room was never cleaned by the staff, management told us it was because we had a Do Not Disturb on the door which was false. Very disappointing to pay $500/night and have to fight to have our room cleaned, get fresh towels ect..."

"We live the location and character of the place, but the doors do not reduce noise from other guests movements up and down the stairs and around the building.
For the price we paid we expected a lot more privacy and elegance. The rooms were pleasant but not up to the standard we expected for the nightly rate and cost of nearly $400.00 a night for 4 nights."

"Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Quebec. Walking distance to the old city and all its attractions. The room was perfect and we were lucky enough to have a lovely outlook from our room. Full of charm and quirkiness the room came with extras in the bathroom. There is a small shop right down stairs and lovely cafe for breakfast in the st behind. Whilst the hotel does not have a formal reception all communication is done by sms and very easy to access the hotel and your room. Just be...

"Hôtel super bien situé par rapport au Vieux Québec. Le personnel est vraiment dévoué au service à la clientèle. Belle chambre propre et au goût du jour. Le seul bémol est le restaurant affilié à l'hôtel (Il Teatro). Vraiment ordinaire... Il y a de magnifiques restaurants dans le Vieux Québec, profitez-en pour aller voir ailleurs..."

"The location of the hotel was excellent. The hotel smells of chlorine, as the indoor pool is located in the courtyard and the garden view rooms face the pool. We had to change rooms due to the chlorine smell. There was mold in the bathroom shower and the hotel needs updating."

"From the moment we arrived and Morgan at the front desk managed to get us into a room early as we had arrived early from Queen Mary, to our joy at seeing such a large and beautiful room. Discovering the stunning pool, sauna and well equiped gym was a surprise. Location-wise the hotel is perfectly situated and comes with one of the best restaurants in the city. Leaving early to go to the train was made easy with help with our suitcases and a call to the taxi. I would stay nowhere else in Quebec."

"Desk staff were very helpful and friendly.
We were on the 5th floor without an elevator or lift. As 70 +year olds, it was difficult climbing those stairs.
We had a problem with housekeeping
The missed cleaning our room one of the days. We let the front desk know and they passed it on. Also, they didn’t take away dirty wine glasses and coffee cups each day.
Other than that, we liked the location of the Hotel."

"We were surprised to be accommodated in what was really self-catering apartment. Room 320.
This was therefore very spacious.
The bathroom was very good and up to date.
We would have appreciated more bath towels and robes.
The floor tiles were very nicely presented, but not clean. So we avoided walking barefoot or in white socks, which quickly turned black.
We did not enjoy the breakfast. The food was not cooked to our order and we did not eat in the hotel after the first morning.
