"The room was nothing like what was described. The pictures did not represent the room we were in. The room was poorly designed, you could only see the TV properly if you sat in the kitchen. If turned the TV on the swing out support, you could only see half on the screen. There is usually tea and coffee available at this price point. The amenities lacked thought, soaps and shampoos were wasteful: bar soap can’t be reused, small shampoo tubes also disposable. A pump dispenser would seem more...

"Excellent accommodation! Walking distance to everything in old Quebec. Location has view of harbour half way between train station and chateau Frontenac"

"Great location to access Old Quebec City and very convenient for train travel. Unit was clean and fully equipped. Bed was very comfortable."

"Rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and other items. Would definitely rent this unit again. "

"Le loft était très propre incluant la literie toutefois à notre arrivée le spa était pratiquement vide et cerné. Toute une surprise… J’ai contacté la réception, la personne était confuse sur la situation, une personne a été dépêché, pas de solution. Un technicien de la maintenance a été dépêché, il n’avait d’info donc on a convenu de remplir le spa et attendre qu’il atteigne un température acceptable soit entre minuit et 2h00 (nuit). Pas fameux quand on quitte à 11h"

"Great location, however as others have noted, we were in unit next to the bar across the street so it got a little noisy but nothing too crazy. We also smelled the the strong cleaning agent which lasted about 24 hours. The little balcony was nice, the restaurants around were very cool too. Overall, a nice little place and I would probably stay there again."

"Liked the location. However there is no closet in the bedrooms and the room is too small or the beds too big. There was barely room to put the luggage."

"This apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very responsive to our questions. The location was within walking distance of the grocery store and restaurants."

"The location of this property was fantastic and made exploring the area very easy. The host was responsive, provided clear check-in instructions, and offered great local recommendations. However, we were quite disappointed that the baby bed we requested was missing upon arrival, which caused a stressful first night. In addition, the listing misrepresents the actual parking situation. The off-site parking should say that it is 8 minutes away and that is not suitable for an SUV. Our rental SUV...

"This lovely apartment was in the perfect location to explore Old Town Quebec City. It’s located on the edge of the upper town, inside the city wall. We had a taller vehicle (minivan) so need to find a surface lot for parking. We parked easily at the bottom of the hill on Quai Saint Andre (allows both overnight and 24 hour parking) and could see our vehicle from the apartment. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, providing...
