"The room was perfect. We love the view. Everything was clean and worked properly. It was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. Parking was great! We were able to walk to several restaurants. The location was great for our trip to Banff."

"Location is perfect for those wanting to walk around the downtown. Beautiful views, stunning scenery, amazing food and tasty drinks. Our room happened to be on the street and was very noisy at times. We could also hear the people in the front lobby very well, the ductwork was projecting into our room (we could hear a disagreement between staff and customers). However staff were friendly and attentive."

"I was greeted by a helpful front desk clerk who was able to arrange an early check-in, very grateful. The property itself was decent, some amenities like shower could have been improved. The staff all around were very friendly and the hot breakfast, was really good! Check out was also a breeze."

"My sister in law and I come here once a year now. The rooms are large with a fireplace and kitchen and we get our own bathrooms too. We love how we can put our bathrobes on and head down to the onsite hot tubs and spa."

"Parking is terrible. Most nights they had charter buses, which took up many parking spaces and customers would not park properly, which would cause others to have to park elsewhere. Management would not enforce improper parking. Would never stay here again."

"The tiled kitchen/lounge floor was dirty The general decor was well used and past its best. The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved. We wasted to much of our valuable time waiting for someone to fix the door access The place was soulless"

"The staff at the front desk was great. They tried to be helpful as possible. The establishment was something else altogether. The place was very dated and retro. That would include the amenities. The hair dry, coffee maker, and furniture was out of the 70' or late sixties. The place had vinyl or wood planking floors, and they were not kept clean. My wife thought she dropped some medication on the flour and while looking for it I found popcorn and candy under the dresser/desk combination. ...
