"The room was perfect. We love the view. Everything was clean and worked properly. It was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. Parking was great! We were able to walk to several restaurants. The location was great for our trip to Banff."

The host (Mark) was very responsive when communication was sent, however there were really no issues or problems so communication was minimal. "Location is perfect for those wanting to walk around the downtown. Beautiful views, stunning scenery, amazing food and tasty drinks. Our room happened to be on the street and was very noisy at times. We could also hear the people in the front lobby very well, the ductwork was projecting into our room (we could hear a disagreement between staff and customers). However staff were friendly and attentive."

"The tiled kitchen/lounge floor was dirty The general decor was well used and past its best. The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved. We wasted to much of our valuable time waiting for someone to fix the door access The place was soulless"

"WiFi was inconsistent. I called the front desk and the staff were unable to help. It dropped frequently and prevented streaming services. Connection was weak. Rooms were relatively clean. Shower water pressure was weak."

"My sister in law and I come here once a year now. The rooms are large with a fireplace and kitchen and we get our own bathrooms too. We love how we can put our bathrobes on and head down to the onsite hot tubs and spa."

"Parking is terrible. Most nights they had charter buses, which took up many parking spaces and customers would not park properly, which would cause others to have to park elsewhere. Management would not enforce improper parking. Would never stay here again."
