"Very nice front-office staffs with good services. Much appreciated and thanks so much. "

"The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. Everyone was willing to help. Although the room was a bit old compared to other hotels but we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast choice was excellent. The location is quite convenient with a department store just a short walk behind the building. "

"Convenience, good location, good service, very clean room."

"The fire doors were locked in 53rd floor, I can't just walk by stairs to 54th floor for lounge access except by elevators, which takes more than 2 mins to arrive. The staff claimed that it was remotely controlled and is fully code compliant (by local laws), I don't know if the door can be reliably opened during emergency if it's controlled by something, which is not code compliant."

"Great service"

"Everything was great"

"Great hotel always clean. Front Office is amazingly in helping foreigners. Definitely, if we’re coming back to the city, we’re coming here again thanks for management"
