"Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff was wonderful, even offered to get the complimentary coffee ready at 4:30am (1.5 hours before the standard time) because I was leaving early. Can’t say how much I appreciated that. Room was clean, lots of towels, pool was great and my kids loved jumping and swimming. Great option for a family of 4 traveling through for the night."

"When we got there the room wasn't ready but the nice lady at the reception desk said we could use the pool, which we did and it was great that we didn't have to just sit and wait. "We stood on July 4 2026 king room went to check the room there was food crumbs all over the table and floor told the front desk they gave us a different king room had a little ant invasion the room are very dusty and when we went to take a shower all the dispensers where empty soap shampoo conditioner all empty while i was already in the shower so it was not a great experience"

"I liked the continental breakfast to get the day started. Parking was fine. Room smelled moldy and musty, like old rug and old furniture. Lighting was terrible, not bright enough to do my make up or read. Terrible light in the bathroom, hard to use shower with a 20 watt bulb, that’s what it looks like. "Older rooms and amenities"

"Not only did my room (Room 113) have bedbugs (I am covered in bites after less than a 6 hour stay), but the amenities are largely exaggerated at this motel. There was hardly anything available at their “continental breakfast”, and the room was visibly damaged (holes in the walls, a cracked bathroom door, non-working shower, and cigarette burns in all of the blankets). This was a hugely disappointing experience."

"Hotel had lost power the night before and the check in system was down. Therefore no reservations could be accessed, key cards had to be programmed individually at room door, staff were having to keep paper logs, doors to pools and gym were not able to be accessed by room cards and situation caused a lot of confusion. Pool area was not kept clean (there was a broken glass outside our entire stay), pool towels were never stocked, bathrooms were clogged, trash cans overflowing, and patio cushions...
