Location was great and room was in good shape upon arrival. Breakfast was fine. Biggest complaint is that we stayed four nights and didn’t receive housekeeping services until after the third night AND after we asked; there was no communicated policy about housekeeping services being withheld or being offered in a limited capacity. For that reason alone I would not rush to stay there again.

The staff was welcoming, our room was very clean and spacious. I did not eat at the breakfast bar due to doctors appointment, but my sister did, and said it was very nice. This was our first stay in this area of Knoxville and I was very pleased with the facilities and location.
