"Incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Villa Putih was very comfortable. Any issues were fixed immediately. Needed some cold and flu relief and the staff helped us aquire some in no time. Food was delicious. Pool not too deep for our 8 and 10 year old boys. We will miss this place and its gorgeous sunsets. Maybe a few small negatives but they’re not worth mentioning as no place is perfect. You will not regret staying here. And Lovina is great place to visit. Wish we had more time to...

"Staff are friendly ,helpful and respectful. Clean rooms and pool facilities. "

"Recomended pokoknya, pagi dan sore hari bisa jalan2 di pantai, deket banget...."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was super clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were super super friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Want to experience dolphin watching? This is the place! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again!"

"I had a beautiful one hour full body massage from the therapist. She uses oils that are produced by the owner. My wife and I enjoyed two glorious days at the retreat. The rooms and verandahs are astounding with particular care given to the quality of the building and its surrounds. All our meals were served by experienced friendly staff and nothing could be faulted. We could truthfully say that no one would be disappointed with this lovely place. We were truly sad to leave."

"First and foremost, the staff here were wonderful. The food was excellent, a good choice for the a la carte included breakfast and delicious options for the candle lit dinner by the pool. We enjoyed the tranquility away from the coast, yet the green, hillside location still offered distant views of the sea. Whilst our pool villa was quite a way from the central area, there was a buggy service always available."

"A little oasis in Northern Ubud. Just a few rooms set amongst stunning rice paddies and views across the countryside. The room was well maintained and we enjoyed the terrace sitting area, watching the rice harvest take place in front of us. We only stayed one night, but would return for longer next time!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were spotless, and the hotel had such a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay a wonderful and memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Large clean rooms. Amazing staff, everyone is so friendly! Great atmosphere! Make sure to book with Jimmy, for a tour to see the Dolphins!"

"A bit of run down hotel. No shuttle to airport. You have to have your own app to get a taxi anywhere, especially early in the morning. Breakfast was ok. Lobby restrooms (women) were in a bad condition. The room was fine. Not all room has fridge. I guess you get what you pay."

"Très bon séjour a l'hôtel, le personnel est très gentil, nous avons eu un problème de clim et il nous on changé de chambre. La douche est bien, le lit est un peu vieillot et ce creuse dommage. La piscine est très sympa et propre, serviette a disposition, eau the et café en libre accès également. Petit déjeuner en buffet très bon le 1er jours, du réchauffé beaucoup moins bon le jours suivants domage. Le restaurant est très très long plus de 2 heures pour des plats arrivé finalement froid, et...

"Great location, good rooms ,quite noisy at night due to a night club, stones around the pool area very uncomfortable to walk on in bare feet, great pool though."

"Really nice clean hotel with big swimming pool, close to the beach and quiet area. The girl Putu is really nice and does a great job taking care of everything 👍👍"
