"Overall, my stay was great. Couple things they can improve on; room can be a bit cleaner (floors need better cleaning in rooms), pool is too hot, mattresses should probably be replaced (you sink into them), the water in the shower needs to be regulated because you either get extremely hot water with pressure or get cold water with no pressure whatsoever. The buffet was great! The pool food was good and convenient when in the water. The other specialty restaurant were ehhhhh. The staff overall was great."

"The rooms very clean, staff very friendly,beach view excelente but unfortunately if you want an umbrella you have to rent it, the shows very good. Food good but not much variety. I recommend to eat in the Italian and Steak restaurants, no reservations needed just be there before they open for dinner."
