"The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent; the room and bathroom were very spacious, although the shower lacked water pressure. The distances between the room, the lobby, and the beach were quite long, though there were stops where you could catch the golf carts provided to help with the walk. During my 7-day stay, we only managed to get a reservation at a single restaurant; the app almost always gave an error when trying to book, and the concierge would just insist that you had to use the app. The buffet and theater at the hotel where I was staying were out of service, meaning I had to walk to the buffet at the other accessible hotel for everything. Also, having a snack by the pool or beach was a struggle because of the raccoons—they wouldn't let you enjoy your food. Honestly, I expected much more from Paraiso Wave del Mar; if you're planning to go, you're better off choosing Paraiso Wave Beach or Iberostar Lindo—that’s just my humble opinion. Still, I did enjoy our stay—even if I expected more—thanks to the excellent staff, and because I don't let anything ruin my vacation, lol."

"This was my second time. I loved it before, so I decided to take my parents and siblings here too. Too many pools to enjoy. Amazing food and staff. I was platinum and I didn't know everything we can do with it. But even tho, everything was more than perfect."
