"I did not like the hard sale for an upgrade on room which did not enhance my experience other than the butler. Room had issues with toilet area commode seat broken. Would not do the upgrade again!!"

Servers from the swim up bars Rual I think was his name was awesome and fun:) There where some language barriers when ordering food in some places(Mexican restaurant) Wrong food and drinks multiple times but expected. Very smooth checking in and out. The people over all were very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again."

"The Majestic Elegance was a beautiful resort. We were club and had a butler Osvaldy who made our trip even better then expected. Hotel was beautiful rooms comfortable, beach was beautiful. Food and drinks were good. Staff are amazing."

"Sewage systems in some rooms leave a lot to be desired. Air conditioning and ventilation in buffet dinning areas are terrible. Food has improved a lot from two years ago. Pools have excellent water quality, among the best in the Caribbean. Watersports and activities is the main reason we keep going back."
