"Pamela Coco Cafe and Anis Bartender great staff at secrets!"

"Love the people and the facilities. Will return. Just do not fall for 90 minute conversation about buying into Hyatt. It took over THREE hours. Wouldn't take no for an answer! Get the butler service!"

"Todo fue excelente!!! Solo los restaurantes a la carta le doy un 6 a la comida"

"At first they put us in a room that was horrible but they moved us to a room that was very nice. The property was nice , the restaurants were nice , the staff was very helpful and friendly. Juan and Luis especially were ready to help with anything we needed. Also Julio was a pleasure to have shown us around. My experience started off rough but turned out to be a great vacation for us. The room service food would be my only complaint , very disappointing. But I’d come back and I would recommend...

"A lot of flying big roaches"

"The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The 24/7 shuttle to YUL Airport was also very convenient. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Pointe-Claire Village with great walkable restaurants"

"Will definitely be returning! Great place to stay!"

"The resort was amazing . The staff was so kind and helpful. Our coordinator Franklin helped us out so much , gave us ideas and different activities we could do . Booked all our restaurant reservations in advance for us . He did so good by us !!!"

"Great and friendly staff. Really good food however limited options and that’s my main complaint. The beach is bad. The waterpark is AWESOME!!!"
