"Det var en opplevelse å bo i Punta Allen. Stedet er drevet av David og Angelica som hjalp også med alt. David organiserte også en heldagstur i naturreservatet med båt (han er kaptein), som er et must når en er her."

"Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special.
The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and...

"The resort was amazing only tip is dont eat at the resosrts take a taxi in to the city of tulum food is much much cheaper outside the resort areas, most restaurants in the resort area charge $20 usd per taco, in central tulum tacos are $1.30 each but nomade is probably one of the most beautiful places I've ever been too would definitely come again"

We especially appreciated being able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp at any time and how attentive they were to our needs throughout our stay. The price is definitely worth it, as the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience truly pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast is great!"

"An Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service in Every Way!
My wife and I recently spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel, and our experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was outstanding.
One of the highlights of our stay was being upgraded for the entire two weeks to the Rooftop Pool Master Suite. This wonderful gesture made our holiday even more special, and we truly appreciated the hotel's generosity and attention to our comfort....

"Overall, we had a good stay at Hotel Kanan, and our room was absolutely amazing. However, the hotel itself felt a bit neglected and could definitely use some maintenance and extra attention.
I understand that tourism may be slower right now, but I actually think this is the perfect opportunity to take care of the property and make improvements.
One of our biggest disappointments was the beach. I completely understand that sargassum is a natural issue and difficult to control. However, there is...

"I went with my family, I had made 2 room reservation and paid 260.00per room upfront charged to my credit card. Than when we checked in the front desk said I only had 1 room reservation. I repeatly told her we had 2 rooms. Only gave me 1. We checked all into one room. Than in night we went for dinner and returned back at 10 pm . The resort all dark and the check in girl tells me sorry I was correct that I had 2 rooms. I told her I'm not going to repack and move to room . I asked a refund for...

"Mycket fint rum, trevliga detaljer, hjälpsam personal, trevliga sällskapsrummen, pool på taket med fin utsikt men rätt sliten. Bra kök. Estetiskt tilltalande boende. Dyrt område. Tips! Köp med mat från stan.
Vi kunde dock inte bada i havet pga berg av stinkande alger som täckte alla stränder. (Se upp om du kommer i perioden juli-november.) Men det finns en mycket trevlig och badvänlig cenote på promenad avstånd."

"The hotel is beautiful, lush and in a great location. The pool could have been cleaner. It was cloudy and needed to be skimmed. Most hotels of this caliber clean their pools every day. This one didn't feel as clean. And then, of course, all the sargassum on the beach made it impossible to use, but that isn't the hotels fault."

"Place was nice but could’ve been kept better. I got probably over 30 mosquito bites because there was a gap in in the window that couldn’t be covered. The water and electric went out middle of the night before check out, and I found out because my cpap turned off and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. It was raining hard so in order to get to the front desk from my room I had to walk through ankle height water. It could’ve been easily fixed if they put a drain or something....

"The Whole Package!
My husband and I have been to many high end resorts but this was our first experience with a boutique hotel. It has undoubtedly been the best service and accommodations we’ve ever experienced. The grounds are impeccable and the staff is exceptional. We stayed in a beach front junior suite. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. There was a jacuzzi tub in the room with a walk-in shower. We had private access to the pool that extended the length of the hotel. On the ocean...
