"The host was very responsive and was able to communicate with us using translation tools pretty easily. The location is great and the Hanok captures the feel of the village around it. Keep in mind because this is a historic building, that while there are certain modern amenities like a hair dryer, there is not a full size shower or full size towels, just hand size towels. "The area’s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate. The man we talked to on the phone when checking in had a nasty tone and was extremely disrespectful. The rooms also don’t have much privacy so keep that in mind if you’re looking to book."

    "The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast café was particularly good. The rooms were comfortable and overall well-maintained. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The coffee service was disappointing. The room only had one instant coffee packet and an old coffee pot, instead of a modern coffee machine with multiple options. Additionally, guests are not allowed to take coffee from the breakfast bar to their rooms, which I found inconvenient. "
