Westin Playa Vallarta is simply beautiful! Rooms are spacious, clean and elegant. Landscape is gorgeous! Food is delicious, and the staff is courteous, friendly and they went out of their way to make us feel more than welcome. Thank you for our wonderful time in here!

Pros - great pool area for family Staff very friendly and helpful AC working well at room Cons - bed sheet dirty had bed bugs rash asked to change daily however still getting rash few days - few options for lunch restaurant most them closed early less variety of buffet as well although breakfast was good but less variety compared to other 5 star buffet

Absolutely the BEST experience! Absolutely 5 star resort. Eat at Tanto! It is in the Marriott family so if you know you know. Food is absolutely amazing so many options. The drinks were excellent. The staff is absolutely amazing. The games at the pool are so much fun to play. I would go back 10 times!!! Teenager, friendly!

Everything about the hotel was incredible except for the beach being unswimmable due to crocodiles. Yes, I'm not kidding. I did not know crocs were an issue until we got there and had to taxi down to a southern beach every day. Otherwise, great stay.

🌴✨ Una experiencia maravillosa en The Westin Puerto Vallarta ✨🌴 Nuestra estancia fue realmente excelente y, sin duda, una gran elección para disfrutar nuestras vacaciones en familia. Los alimentos son exquisitos y de excelente calidad. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de todo el personal: en cada uno de los restaurantes, en la zona de piscina y en la heladería, todos los meseros fueron sumamente atentos, amables y serviciales. Algo que apreciamos muchísimo fue que siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, sin necesidad de hacer filas para poder disfrutar de nuestros alimentos y bebidas. Las instalaciones se mantienen muy limpias y cuidadas. Las piscinas son increíbles y están rodeadas de mucha naturaleza, lo que crea un ambiente hermoso y relajante. 🌿🏊‍♀️ El ambiente es tranquilo, agradable y muy familiar, perfecto para descansar, disfrutar y pasar momentos especiales con quienes más queremos.
