This was our first time staying in the Romantica Zone and it delivered. We were close to the beach with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. We were close to the Malecon and amazing restaurants in the area. We plan on returning in the near future as we had such a great time. Side note, the weather and of April is perfect and the ocean temp is warm.

Super nice hotel.

The hotel is very quiet and private. I stayed in a room with an amazing ocean front view. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking. The room was spacious and had a kitchen with everything from dishes to margarita glasses, well equipped kitchen. Good AC, hot water, clean. My only complaint was the mattress which I found hard but other than that everything was perfect.

This property is a great value! My friend group of three stayed for a week at One Beach Street Vallarta and loved our stay. Its convenient location next to the gay beach and excellent dining options were perfect for us. Our unit was oceanfront and the sunsets were incredible! I would highly recommend this place!

Nice property. Close to beach and town. Clean rooms and staff were nice. The tv remote did not work ( ok cause we didn’t watch it anyway). Door hard to open and safe did not work. All in all not bad. Enjoyed are trip.

AS A 3 STAR CONDO/RESORT, ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. MAID SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, AND STAFF WAS NICE AND WELCOMING. LASTLY, THE WASHER/DRYER OPTION WAS A NICE FEATURE. ONLY ISSUE WAS THE FURNITURE MOVERS ABOUT OUR UNIT.

The locaction is excellent, being in the heart of the action of the Romatica zone and all it's happenings. The beach is close and most things are within walking distance. The condo's could use more basic ammenities such as more cooking utencils, dish soap, dish cloths and tea towels. Our stove elements were slow to heat and did not get up to full temperature. We spent many days enjoying the deck and watching the waves and sunsets. Staff were great in all respects. We found the beds and pillows comfortable. It would be nice to have a restraunt on location but there are others readily accessible. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return without hesitation. We love the old mexican vibe at this establishment.

I gave a good star review because the location was amazing, the staff was friendly and I felt safe. As far as what we got vs. what’s advertised is a different story. The balcony was a barred window with a street “view”. The washer was non existent and the dryer was broken/not connected to anything. (These are on the balcony if you’re lucky enough to actually have them working.). Our kitchen was missing the microwave and the bedroom was as missing the tv. So basically we had a stove and a refrigerator total. The room had a safe, good air conditioner and good water pressure. The pool is only 3’ deep but very clean and chill-everyone was quietly reading and tanning. It seems a lot of 60+ age long term rent/own. Overall had a great trip in the romantic zone. Like I said, I felt safe and comfortable the entire time, which is the most important thing.. but was lied to about amenities.
