Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Pues, fue toda una aventura: el elevador decorativo no servía, parecía más escultura que transporte. No había agua caliente, así que ducha fría forzada. Todo el edificio estaba en obra y lleno de polvo, como vivir en una construcción. De noche las escaleras estaban a oscuras, un deporte extremo. Lo único rescatable: el departamento estaba bonito, y eso que ni luz tenía. En fin, una experiencia para recordar... para no repetir.

Nos emocionaba mucho esta estadia ya que la propiedad y el hotel son hermosos, sin embargo, la experiencia fue NADA agradable ni de lo que esperabamos, la propiedad no contaba con luz; sin aire acondicionado, electricidad, nada; el personal del hotel amablemente nos atendio y nos dieron la informacion que se debia a una falta de pago de electricidad por parte de la administracion de la propiedad que nosotros habiamos reservado que nos pusieramos en contacto con ellos para solucionar el inconveniente, intentamos comunicarnos multiples veces con la persona que nos atendio desde un primer momento y no nos contestaba los mensajes, cuando por fin contesto el mensaje (jamas nos quiso tomar una llamada) diciendo que lamentaba los imprevistos y que nos ofrecia un reembolso (ya pasaban de las 8 de la noche) no nos interesaba un reembolso, solamente tener un lugar confortable donde pasar la noche, despues de horas de estar a la espera y con poca informacion de su parte, alrededor de las 10:30pm nos contactó una persona llamada Carlos, ofreciendonos un reembolso del 50% en la estadia y la promesa de un par de cortesias para nuestra siguiente visita como enmienda ante tan desagradable experiencia a la cual accedimos, lamentablemente esto fue por llamada y nunca quedo por escrito, ante lo cual se lavaron las manos y solamente cumplieron con el reembolso parcial de la reserva. Pesima experiencia y falta de profesionalismo por parte de la administracion de la propiedad. No lo recomiendo.
