We very much enjoyed the resort. only ask would be a mini fridge in the room. We drink 6~8 litres of water a day, and having cold water would be wonderful.

Great place thats close to the beach. Room was very clean, however more towels and a face cloth would have been great. The pool was awesome, but limited lounging chairs. Overall, a great place to stay.

Was an average place to stay. Not much for kids to do. The restroom were not pleasant, either they didnt flush or completely out of toliet paper and soap. All waiters were very pleasant.

I am a single senior so i wish they'd put me near the adult pool, but instead over the children's pool. I'll know better next time. Otherwise I found the staff wonderful, the food very good and I will return.

The AC worked well in our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location right on the beach was great! I think one more bar would have helped as it got pretty busy sometimes. Also, the snack bar wasn’t open for most of the day and only had one option each day. The entertainment and activities were great. The food was good as well. Overall we had a great first trip to Mexico and would return again.

I really hoped reviews were wrong but unfortunately they are not. Food was not good. Omelettes, pancakes and paninis were good but the buffet was slop . This resort cuts far to many corners on service, nothing from the bar before 11am so no mimosas at breakfast
