Great property! The staff takes good care of you, making you feel right at home. Enrique on site staff manager was really great. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Puerto Vallarta. Def get the all inclusive package the food good. Considering you’d have to drive into Vallarta it’s not bad. Also the price is great, considering what you’d pay for a hotel across the street it’s double the price. Great for couples too.

Gorgeous property, kind and accommodating staff. The property is a quick 10 to 15 min uber, cab, or bus ride to zona romantica. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. You can also spend all day on the property relaxing, eating delicious food and drinks, and hanging by the pool.

The staff is very nice and the setting is beautiful. There is construction going on nearby which you can hear at times. The place is old and a bit run down. The food can be excellent (dinne) or bad (tacos for a snack.). Be forewarned. They serve tiny portions but forget to tell you that you can ask for more servings. They charge $75 for all day food and drink. I chose to do a la carte and they way overcharged for everything, served tiny portions and didn’t offer to bring more. I felt super ripped off. Wouldn’t come back here.

Hubo varios detalles. Me permitiré describirlos de manera objetiva. 1. No es un hotel, es una casa cin habitaciones. 2. No tiene televisión ni comunicación por teléfono a la habitación. 3. El portón de entrada no funcionaba, además de que tenía que bajarme a abrirlo manualmente, sin olvidar mencionar que estaba lloviendo. 4. Existe otro portón que es totalmente manual y es el que da acceso a la casa, se tiene que abrir por cada salida y entrada. 5. El espacio de estacionamiento es ridículamente pequeño, tienes que hacer maniobras para que no te molesten en la noche o madrugada y dejes salir a los demás vehículos estacionados. 6. Lo peor de todo, es que una de las habitaciones no tenía aire acondicionado y la esposa del anfitrión en un comentario racista dijo lo siguiente: "el técnico quedó de llegar a una hora, pero ya ves, son mexicanos" una vez que dijo esto sentí una impotencia tremenda porque aunque yo no parezca nacional, no es motivo de lanzar esos comentarios en dicho tono. No es posible que reserves un lugar que no es el adecuado y se manejen con tales actos de discriminación y racismo.
