The location of the property is excellent. This hotel has nice rooms but some rooms have a jailcell feeling to them. With that being said the whole building was quite clean and the staff is friendly.

This was my 3rd stay over the years and as always the staff was very helpful and very hard working , the Maintenance man was always busy fixing , cleaning , the maids clean , clean all the time very friendly , the front desk was always very friendly and helpful will definitely be staying at Hotel Hacienda Centro again , a very clean and well maintained Mexican beauty , is this Hotel *****

The first room we got was extremely small, but as soon as we let the staff know we were not happy with it, they changed our room and the new one was perfectly fine much bigger with a patio. The hotel overall is older, which we expected. The location is perfect literally within a few minute walk to everything. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were extremely accommodating and the place is meticulously cleaned daily

BE AWARE about this place. I want to type and describe everything, but it’s too long, so I’ll just give little list about what we found in this hotel. The photos on EXPEDIA or their website are NOT updated, those are photoshopped. We ended up leaving the place, the rooms are terrible the beds are horrible. The staff members are super unfriendly, like I said we didn’t even stay on the premises after seeing all that. Please read the reviews before considering this place. Because you will regret it.

It was really inconvenient to have to wait until after 4pm to checkin. The rooms was so loud and pretty much empty except for beds. I would expect at least a hair dryer and iron from a property that cost over $100 per night in Mexico.

This property should not be listed on expedia Not safe for anyone to stay at . No door locks Or ones that keep your door closed frames old and broken . Danger do not stay here ever. An older hotel in a good location. Can get noisy as it is on the highway. Kitchens lack the most basic items. When we go to Vallarta on business we could stay there again only because of the access to the area we need to go.

For what you pay its worth the money. Just remember you get what you pay for. Hotel is close to what ever its you need. To bad they dont have a bar or restaurant on site as they have more then enough room to do so.

It’s a great hotel, we’ve stayed twice now. Perfectly located between local areas and the beach, easy to get around on foot or by taxi, bars and clubs within 2 blocks! There’s even the Guadalajara Pharmacy and Store across the street, plus other stores like OXXO and more, nearby! Hospital 1 block away if needed. It’s the perfect spot. Haven’t tried the small pool yet but many people and families use it. The space is always clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious and cleaned and stocked. We always go for rooms with a balcony. You get used to the street noise pretty quick! And the beds… perfect. The wifi is spotty in the rooms but there are lots of common spaces to go sit and use it. The top patio is hot and sunny! Great wifi there too. Thanks as always!

Great location for activities in the zona romantica. AC worked well, daily room service, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Only one key per room which was an inconvenience. Also WiFi barely worked. But a great option if your budget conscious and spending most of your time out and about.

Hôtel vert noisy. No isolation whatsoever between room and street noise. You can here trucks, buses and motorcycles all the time. Front neighbourg plays music from 12 to 12. Temperature of the water not consistant. Killed some insects on the floor. Some lights weren’t working. Small place. No room in the bathroom. Good things : price and friendly staff.
