"Room was warm, AC did not work well. Room was dirty and when I complained, I was meet with “it’s fine, it’s not a big deal” I requested a room change and they were not willing to do until I requested to speak with manager. I was moved to a ti y room that was dirtier, but ac worked better. Staff was not friendly, or helpful. A few servers were the only pleasant experience. This was my first time in Puerto Vallarta and I will NEVER go back. I have lots of better options to take a vacation."

"The suite was even better than expected and so comfortable for us. The entire propterty was clean, cool, and the staff was lovely. The beds were extra comfortable and the location was perfect- close enough but not TOO close to all the fun downtown. I highly reccomend this property. "

"Casa Maria is the perfect place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is walkable from the restaurants, cafes and the beach. You will never run out of options because it is centrally located. The staff were all kind and amazing and helpful. They maintained the cleanliness all throughout our stay there. At night, it was so quiet and serene we didn't have a hard time sleeping. "The decorations and decorating in this unique property was truly beautiful!! Reminded us of our travels to San Miguel de Allende in the state of Guanajuato. Only one thing we didn’t like was that you could hear all the conversations of people having breakfast upstairs. Some people were really loud speakers!! I guess nothing you can do about that?!!
