"Beautiful resort style, with huge rooms and wonderful staff"

"The room was amazing they set it up all special for our honeymoon!!! the resort is breathtaking we ate at the Japanese restaurant and Italian restaurant and it was sooo delicious. Service was a little slow but worth the wait! The hot water wasn’t working but they quickly fixed it ! Staff was on top of everything and so so kind. We would definitely come back to visit ! "

"The hotel is really clean and pleasant and in a great location in the centre of Puerto Princesa, only moments walk away from multiple restaurants and a shop/ pharmacy. The room was huge and had everything you need including safe, mini fridge, hairdryer etc. The pool area is lovely, perfect for cooling off after time out in the heat, and there is also massages available in the spa. The best part about the hotel is the staff, they were all incredibly welcoming and friendly, and always happy to help in any way they can!"

"Staff were super friendly, always ready to help. For example, the maintenance worker and security guard informed us that we had a flat tire, they then filled the tire with air for us. Before I could get it fixed, it was flat again. I asked the staff if they had a car jack so that my husband can place the spare on, but they did it themselves without hesitation. I would highly recommend staying here while visiting Puerto Princesa City."
