"The staff around the entire facility were very welcoming and very committed to keeping a professional and welcoming demeanor. The location is good as it offers a very quiet atmosphere with touristy spots not too far off, especially if one is willing to travel by vehicle or tour van."

"The staff is a great asset of this hotel especially Arnel and Greta. They have exceeded our expectations in every level. My only recommendation is to increase the water pressure...it's just too slow otherwise great place to stay. "Although we only spent 2 nights here, we enjoyed every bit of our stay here! The staff took care of us, especially Robert! What a great guy! I also liked the location of the hotel. It was close to everything! Lastly, the breakfast was great as well. I appreciate that they had just enough western dishes for a change but really focused on the Filipino cuisine. We will definitely be staying here if we come back to Puerto Princesa!"
