"On arrival we received a very warm welcome, the staff are very attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and bright, bed was very comfortable as we're the pillows. The only downside was the smell of drains not only in our room but around the hotel I think there must have been some sort of an issue as there were a maintenance team looking at this on day 2 of our stay. But dont let this put you off. The breakfast is a must, so well presented and plenty of choice."

"Los Arcos, offers reliable self catering in Ibiza. They unfortunatley after suffering with major construction work/noise next door that over looked our apartment which is active during work days. If you want peace and quiet and plan to stay on site all day, then you need to consider this. For us, it wasn't much of a bother as we were visiting other places during our trip and by dinner time work had stopped. "The internal communal areas of the hotel itself are in a bit of a time warp: there is carved dark wood everywhere, cutesy figures and brown striped sofas that look from another age. This may be the reason that it draws a predominantly (or at least when I was there) older clientele. My goodness though everything is spotlessly clean, very spacious and the breakfast is exceptional. Outside by contrast the beautiful and expansive pool area, with upper level chill out lounge, seems very modern...

"Jättebra läge med fantastisk utsikt över bukten och solnedgången. Nära till strand och restauranger och affärer. Hotellet känns gammalt och och har inte fått så mycket kärlek senaste åren. Hårda sängar och plastmöbler på balkongen. Men inget som skulle få oss att välja annat hotell. Fortfarande prisvärt!"

The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection and exquisite preparation – clearly made with great care! "The location was ok and the hotel was as expected. It was very very quiet being off season though. The town is a 15 minute walk. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive so we used a sandwich shop up the road. We booked this hotel because we came for the marathon & needed access to a gym, but the gym was a small room and the equipment was really old and most didn’t work. Not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. We stayed in a Suite room but the noise was really bad we could hear the room...

"It is a magnificent hotel. It is located in a very calm and family-friendly area. There are many small restaurants and bars nearby that you can easily walk to. It is beachfront and additionally has an incredible pool and gym area. The staff is very friendly and helpful… totally recommended."
