Puerto de la Cruz

"We have just got back from staying here for a half term break. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Great location and the room we had was really spacious and great views. I would definitely recommend it and will be going again."

"Staff are very friendly check-in process was simple room was clean and exactly as described air conditioning worked perfectly. View was impeccable. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Enjoyed having a mimosa every morning. Love the rooftop Jacuzzi’s - having cocktails and watching the sunset. It was beautiful. I let them know. It was my 50th birthday and they even left me a lovely bottle of wine in my room on the special day to celebrate complementary. Special treat 100% recommend."

"High end, close to ocean, spectacular breakfast."

"The lobby and garden were nice, and the room was fine. The view from the balcony was disappointing, though. It overlooks a yard with exposed piping and peeling plaster walls, really poorly. There is also no coffee in the evening and the food is repetitive. The hotel is on a hill, which is hard for elderly guests, although taxis are reasonably priced. The manager at the pool was rude. He called out to me in front of my family and other guests, even though a member of staff had already said I...

"Loved the stay here. Very clean and well equipped hotel with modern room / bathroom. The terrace with 2 pools and bar is great too. Close to the bus station and town - so excellent location too."
