"Great hotel and location"

"Good"

Einige Mitarbeiter waren jedoch...

"This is 3rd or 4th time staying there. Even though the room quite small but comfortable. We feel warm and cozy. The location is the best near lots of great restaurants. Definitely will comeback agian."

"Water for drink, the hotel is open 24hrs for guest can drink it any time."

"สะดวกสบาย"

"Excellent"

"I would highly recomend this hotel for the central location. All the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful from checking in to maid service to booking taxi rides. May return someday"

"ที่พักดี ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว เดินทางสะดวก"

"The room was just as advertised and was just enough for 4 adults and 1 baby. Only complaint which would be due to the location of the property being close to a marsh/swamp, there's a lot of mosquitos. The staff was very helpful, there may have been miscommunication on how to get an airport shuttle, but they still helped us call one to get onto the scheduled in the next 15 minutes vs waiting for another 2 hours. Be sure to message in property the night before if you require a shuttle to ensure...

"ดีที่สุดรักที่นี่พักมา2ปีแล้วค่ะ"

"After an initial check in disappointment everything else was fine. Luigi definitely smoothed things over with his sincerity. They definitely need to have more English speaking staff considering 95% of the guests are foreigners and speak English. All in all a great value for the price."

"!!! So difficult to contact staff via message to call Free shuttle bus from Airport and Disneyland. Room is good!! Clean and Free laundry at hotel."

"Très bel hôtel mais chambre à modernise"

"The rooms are large and spacious with complete amenities. The reception staff provides good service. The hotel is centrally located between The Bund and Yuyuan Garden, which are approximately 500 meters away. There are several restaurants near the hotel."

"I like the laundry facilities. The maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the room is clean. Wifi was very slow on day 1, speeds have increased after we notified the front desk."

"Good location for business and travelling"

"The hotel is very nice. However, the experience was let down by some of the staff. On arrival, the bell boy was most helpful with unloading our bags. However, the reception lady was clueless. Even though she quickly found my prepaid booking in the system, she went through screen after screen, clicking away merrily without explaining what she was doing. There were two other staff who walked by from time to time, looked over her shoulder and then walked away. A queue of guests behind us grew...
