"A convenient hotel to stay if visiting Shanghai Disneyland. Room was very spacious and very comfortable. Courtesy shuttle services to and from the airport and Disney park was very convenient. Would recommend the hotel if considering accommodation."

"Amazing. True five star hotel. Fancy room, gorgeous view. The staff were warm and welcome. After we checked out, I was rolling my suitcase with my daughter walking towards the entrance, a staff member walked over and offered to help with the luggage. I was literally just two steps away from the entrance. And they don’t take any tips. Really fantastic service. The price was half of those of “five star hotels” in New York or Deer Valley, and the service was like 300% better."

"From outside the building you wouldn’t expect anything promising but as soon as you enter everything transforms. Rooms are large beds are huge and very comfortable. Amenities are really good. Towels are a bit worn but bath towels are good . The room is fantastic "
