Royal West Indies Resort
10/10 Excellent
"The property is beautiful with so many flowering bushes and trees. Rooms are always clean and have several items for convenience of guest. The staff goes above and beyond to please the guests. Have been traveling here for years and still fall in love with this resort and island every time! The restaurant and bar never disappoint!"

West Bay Club
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel but lacks amenities and nice outdoor dining"

Grace Bay Suites
6/10 Okay
"✔️ really close to Grace bay beach (4min away walking), a lot of restaurants, cafes and shopping centers around the area. Felt safe. Also, the hotel offers chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Pool looked clean, but we never used it The room has AC, a mini fridge, a coffee machine, a microwave, and we always had clean towels Plenty of parking available ✖️ overall the property is clean BUT our floor room did not get clean, I asked to make sure it would get clean and when we came back, the floor was still dirty. Also, the bed sheets were not changed in the whole week we stayed there. I requested more soap, and didn't get it Breakfast not included :("

Alexandra Resort - All-Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was great the property was beautiful and well maintained the staff went out of their way to make our visit memorable. We will come back next year"

Windsong on the Reef
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay. Loved the beach here and the amenities. We will come back to the Windsong again. After walking the beach down to the bigger hotels I feel they have the best set up and more of a private vibe. They also have kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boats and even a hobie catamaran they will take you out on…. All complimentary. Another bonus was the food credit, we all ate a large breakfast that was free every day of except for a nice tip. Juberson was awesome! We stayed in a bungalow, it was perfect size. Had a small couple issues with dishwasher leak and water exiting the shower but we let them know and sure they will have it fixed asap. I’d say my only complaint was the guy with his leaf blower coming by early and too often daily."

The Sands at Grace Bay
6/10 Okay
"The property was pretty nice, the rooms were in need of a little updating, but overall served its purpose. The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. This was our first time in Turks so we are not sure how it compares to others. We were expecting a little more for the price we paid compared to other islands we visited. We were a family of 6 and booked two rooms a 1 bedroom w/ a full kitchen and a junior suite with just a mini fridge and sink. The junior suite had an issue with the AC upon arrival, so a few of my kids were in limbo for the first 2 days, but were put into a 3rd(top) floor ocean front suite until they were able to get them another room. They enjoyed making TikTok’s on the huge balcony! We should have just not left that room, but they insisted that an “owner” had booked it and we had to leave it. So after that inconvenience my kids were able to settle in. The beach was absolutely beautiful which we tried to focus on most of the trip! If we ever decide to return to Turks we will definitely try another hotel, but this was probably a one and done destination… the prices are so ridiculous and really, the water is just as beautiful in most of the Caribbean!"

The Tides Grace Bay
8/10 Good
"The staff was very friendly. Property looks nicer online than in person. Pool was not cleaned well, furniture was ok. Both sliding patio doors were poorly functioning and wouldn’t slide, which made it hard to access the patio. There really isn’t much of a continental breakfast. Appliances and cookware were ok, but no cooking spray and limited cleaning supplies if you plan on bringing groceries/cooking. Very close access to beach, but it’s directly adjacent to a public access point to the beach and had 2 nights of very late noise issues/loud music from the parking lot of the public beach. Area is in close walking distance to the shops (10 min walk) and beach access very close by were a positive. Overall ok property, but was disappointed in multiple areas, especially the non functioning elevator, poor sliding doors, and no airflow into first bedroom area, which was much hotter than rest of house due to no direct vent or fan."
