"The Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort."

"I was there to visit Niagara Falls and I liked the convenience of being directly across the way and Hard Rock Cafe just a block away (favorite place to eat tried a hamburger place and it was expensive and not great). There was plenty of parking (should be free for paying guests but only paid $10) The room was clean and smelled good ( carpets may need a little attention through hallway and lobby, room was decent). How are you supposed to shave without making a mess. Large rip in sofa. Very uncomfortable sofa. No place to hang up coats. Also received a parking ticket for 25 dollars. "Lots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast.
Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family).
Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. Got my passkey in a timely manner. "
