"The Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort."
"I love this history with this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly during our stay. The location is the best for visiting Niagara falls. We were able to walk everywhere. We also brought our bikes and rode for miles on the trail that is right outside the hotel."

"Lots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast.
Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family).
