The staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were fine, and the shower ran hot. The pool area was warm and well maintained. Breakfast was decent, not a lot of options but well prepared. It was just really dirty, moldy showers, crumbs everywhere, trash under the bed on the floor. There were dried pieces of rice on the bed before. They don’t sanitize remotes or counter tops like other hotels. The location of the hotel was great. The parking is in a lot behind the building, around $10 a night which was not bad.

The property itself was good . Location it was an easy walking distence from attraction. The hotel hallway wasn't as clean as It should. Room had comfy and clean beds but stained curteins dirty towel left it in bathroom and felt just a basic room.

Reception desk staff we encountered, unfriendly, uncourteous, not welcoming, un helpful. Room wasn't clean, dust, hairs on seat and bathroom, mildew. If you need anything, you have to go down and get it... Only friendly, smiling, up beat staff was the Lady in the beeakfast area.

The pool seemed dirty and was terribly cold. I expected a heated pool for an indoor facility. The maintenance in the property was terrible, missing vent.covers and our door did not work properly.
