"Nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Hershey Park. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. We came to check in at 3:39pm but the hotel wasnt ready for us for another 30 minutes. Check in was 3pm. Wasn't a huge deal, went to eat. But that was the only thing that happened."

"Mildew smell. Visible moisture on ceiling in room. Bed linens were damp from all the moisture in the room. Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Pool area stunk so we didn’t even use it. TV didn’t work either. Never again. I will be seeking refund."
